We send the crown jewels twice a week (on Mondays and Thursdays) via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code when your crown jewels are shipped.

For orders from €25,- you pay no shipping costs. If you order something under €25, the shipping costs are €4.10. .

Returns

You can return your crown jewel within 30 days via PostNL. The return costs are € 4.10 per order. (You will receive an amount of € 4.10 shop credit when you return something!)


The amount will be settled or refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days via the same payment method that you used when placing your order.
