Frequently asked questions

What is The Kroonjuweeltjes Loyalty Program?

Every purchase earns you credit in euros towards your next one, and you are the first to hear when something rare comes in. No points to work out, no card to lose. You collect 10% of everything you spend, from your very first purchase.

What else do I get as a member?

You hear things first. New arrivals, private sales and masterclasses reach members before we announce them anywhere else.

And a few times a year we close the door at Herenstraat for an evening with members only — the newest finds on the table, a glass in hand, and all the time in the world to try things on.

How do I join?

It is free. Leave your name and email on this page, or at the counter in our store at Herenstraat 9. That is all there is to it.

Which purchases count?

Everything you buy from Kroonjuweeltjes itself: online, and in our store at Herenstraat 9.

Pieces you find at De Bijenkorf or another retailer do not count. Those shops buy from us and sell on their own account, so their sales never reach us and we cannot trace them to you.

When does my credit appear?

About a month after your purchase, once the thirty-day return period has passed. We send you an email as soon as it is on your account.

Do purchases in the store count as well?

Yes. Sign up once, and mention at the counter that you are a member — we add the credit for you.

Where can I see my balance?

Log in to your account and it appears at the top of this page. It also shows up by itself when you check out.

How do I spend it?

Online, your balance is offered at checkout and taken off the total. In the store, simply mention it and we will look it up for you.

Do I have to spend it all at once?

No. Use part of it and leave the rest on your account for next time.

Does my credit expire?

Credit is valid for twelve months from the day you receive it. There is no need to save it up — spend it whenever something catches your eye.

Can I combine my credit with a sale price or a discount code?

Yes. Credit is a way of paying rather than a discount, so it works alongside anything else.

What happens if I return something?

Credit is only issued once the return period has passed, so a returned purchase simply does not earn any. If you return an order you paid for with credit, that credit goes back onto your account.
