Make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order. Only individuals aged 18 or older, not under guardianship, and not acting in the capacity of a business, with a delivery address in the Netherlands (excluding the BES and ABC islands), can place an order. Orders paid with iDEAL can be made from the age of 16. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the terms applicable to your order is the version found on www.vintagekroonjuweeltjes.nl at the time of placing your order. 2. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on www.vintagekroonjuweeltjes.nl include the legal VAT but exclude shipping costs. Errors, misprints, and price changes are reserved.

3. Order/Contract Conclusion

You can order via www.vintagekroonjuweeltjes.nl. If you have registered your email address, you will receive a confirmation by email after placing an order. If, unexpectedly, we cannot deliver your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will attempt to refund the payment using the payment method you used. If a different method is required for the refund, Vintage Kroonjuweeltjes will notify you and ask you to contact customer service to handle the refund.

4. Delivery

We send all crown jewels via PostNL. Orders placed on: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday -> Your crown jewels will be sent on Monday. You will receive a track & trace code by the end of the day. Orders placed on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday -> Your crown jewels will be sent on Thursday. You will receive a track & trace code by the end of the day.

5. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel or return your order from the date you placed the order until 30 days after receiving the ordered items.

6. Returns

You can return your crown jewel within 30 days via PostNL. You can easily return the crown jewels by following these steps: 1. Choose the right packaging | Send your crown jewel(s) in a box or bubble wrap envelope (Maximum size: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm) 2. Create your shipping label online and choose the Letterbox Package option | You can easily do this via www.postnl.nl or download the Postnl app and print your shipping label directly. Don't have a printer? No problem; you can have the label printed at a PostNL point. 3. Ready to send! Take your package to the post office or a PostNL parcel point. You can find a PostNL point nearby. Don't forget to ask for a shipping receipt.

8. Refunds/Settlement of the Return Shipment

The value of the returned crown jewels will be settled or refunded as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days via the same payment method you used when placing your order. Credit card: The amount of your returned items will be refunded to the credit card you used for your purchase. iDEAL: The amount of your returned items will be refunded to the bank account number you used for your purchase.

9. Colors and Dimensions

We do everything reasonably possible to accurately display the properties of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see depends on various factors: screen quality, app version, computer system, etc.
