Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship to all countries! Orders above €350 will be free shipping worldwide.

When will my item be shipped?

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail.

Will I be charged for shipping fees?

All orders above €100 in the Netherlands are free. International orders get a little shipping fee, but anything above €350,- ships for free! Our shipping fees cover the whole shebang—handling, packaging, and a secure, registered delivery that needs your signature. We roll with the secure and registered vibe for both your peace of mind and ours. Easy, right?

What are the shipping fees?

All orders above €350 have world wide free shipping. Secured and registered shipment within the Netherlands: €6,75 Secured and registered shipment to all other countries: €35

How to track my order?

All orders can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. You can easily track the status of your shipment via or using the PostNL app

What happens if my order gets lost during shipment?

In case the shipment goes lost, we'll start an investigation with the carrier. Typically, it takes up in around 10 business days, though in some unique situations, it might stretch a bit. Once the carrier gives us the notification that your order is officially lost, we'll cancel it, and you'll receive a 100% full refund.

Where's the 'kroonjuweeltjes' shop located?

You can visit our store at Herenstraat 9 in Amsterdam. We are open Wednesday to Sunday from at 11:00 AM - 18:00 PM. On Sundays we open at 12:00 PM.


Do you accept returns?

Yes. Items purchased on our webshop may be returned for a full refund within 14 days after you have received it.

How do I return my online order?

Please sent us an email at, giving us the heads-up that you're returning the order. Go for a secure and registered shipment, covering the item's full value. That way, if anything goes sideways in transit, we're all good. If you choose not to ship the item secured and registered and something happens during shipment, please know that we cannot be held accountable.
