About Escada
Escada was founded in Munich in 1978 by Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley and quickly became synonymous with glamorous, colourful luxury fashion. Its costume jewellery of the 1980s and 1990s — bold gold-tone earrings, brooches and necklaces — completed the house’s confident, feminine look.

Caring for vintage jewelry
Vintage jewelry lasts longest when kept dry and stored separately. Put it on last and take it off first: perfume, hairspray and skin cream all attack the plating.
Polish only with a soft, dry cloth. No water, no soap and no silver polish — that strips the layer off.
