About Sonia Rykiel
Sonia Rykiel opened her first boutique in Paris in 1968 and was crowned the 'Queen of Knitwear' for her soft, liberated take on fashion. Her costume jewellery carries the same nonchalant chic — graphic shapes, black and gold, and playful forms with a Left Bank attitude.

Caring for vintage jewelry
Vintage jewelry lasts longest when kept dry and stored separately. Put it on last and take it off first: perfume, hairspray and skin cream all attack the plating.
Polish only with a soft, dry cloth. No water, no soap and no silver polish — that strips the layer off.
