Caring for vintage jewelry
Vintage jewelry lasts longest when kept dry and stored separately. Put it on last and take it off first: perfume, hairspray and skin cream all attack the plating.
Polish only with a soft, dry cloth. No water, no soap and no silver polish — that strips the layer off.
