Steven Shein's jewellery line began as an avant-garde, anti-consumerist art project of wearable & oversized jewellery. Inspired by the idea of maximising everyday materials, Steven Shein favours inexpensive materials, such as wood or plexiglass, over precious metals and gemstones. He also keeps his lines free of imported materials or outsourced labour from countries such as China. All jewellery is laser cut in his own studio. His designs are eagerly snapped up by major pop stars.
